Phase 3 – This third stage will involve buildings L1 and L2, also with 24 flats each. Their construction will take place after that of the hotel, and the start and delivery dates will be announced at a later date.

Phase 4 – The final phase of the development is dedicated to the construction of the hotel/palace, which is already underway. Delivery is scheduled for December 2027, completing the entire project and its concept of exceptional living in the heart of Crans-Montana.
