Quentin Epiney, founder of FGP Swiss & Alps, is passionate about real estate. FGP Swiss & Alps is a subsidiary of Groupe Comptoir Immobilier, the oldest property management company in Geneva, and excels in the management, development and sale of residential and commercial properties, under the direction of Paul and Quentin Epiney.

An engineer by training with over 20 years’ experience in multinationals and strategy consulting, Sébastien joined FGP Swiss & Alps at the beginning of 2022 as Chief Operating Officer, based in Geneva. In this role, he is responsible for managing the company and its teams on a day-to-day basis, as well as developing the organisation and the brand’s image and influence. Passionate about real estate and obsessed with customer satisfaction, Sébastien is committed to making FGP Swiss & Alps the benchmark for prestige real estate in Switzerland and the French Alps.

With a passion for real estate and a wealth of experience in the aviation industry, as well as in several real estate groups in Geneva and the canton of Vaud, Sarah is an accomplished broker specialising in prestige properties. Renowned for her in-depth knowledge of the market, her ability to listen, and her rigour and professionalism, she excels at building lasting relationships with her clients, based on mutual respect and a sincere commitment to the success of their property project. Skilled and perceptive, she accompanies them at every stage of their property journey, providing comprehensive support that encompasses not only property, but also legal and financial aspects. Sarah is based at the FGP Swiss & Alps branch in Nyon and mainly covers the Côte Vaud region.

After an academic career at the University of Geneva, focusing on finance and management, Hubert has specialised since 2018 in the brokerage of prestigious properties, mainly in the canton of Geneva. A native of Geneva, his deep roots in the region and his in-depth understanding of the local property market enable him to offer his clients a personalised and unique service. Hubert also distinguishes himself by listening carefully and attentively to his clients’ needs, constantly striving to meet their expectations in the best possible way. His experience in showcasing exceptional and unique properties over the years has enabled him to develop a unique expertise in luxury real estate. Cathelene joined FGP Swiss & Alps in 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Geneva’s prestige real estate sector, gained through working with leading companies. Specialising in the sale and valuation of high-end residential properties in the Geneva region, she owes her in-depth knowledge of the sector to her total immersion in the business, enabling her to develop her professional network and understand the nuances and fluctuations of the local market. Her passion for her job is reflected in her commitment to customer satisfaction, always striving to exceed their expectations and offering attentive service, a personalised approach and tailored solutions. After starting her career in air traffic control, Nathalie went on to specialise in property brokerage in the Geneva area, with a particular focus on the sale of exceptional properties. Entirely devoted to her clients’ real estate experience, Nathalie’s main aim is to listen to them in order to better guide their choice, giving them the benefit of her in-depth knowledge of the local market and her professionalism, with the aim of transforming their purchase into an unforgettable experience. Born in Geneva, she is also the ideal person to help her clients discover this fascinating city, and to give them the right addresses and sound advice for settling in. Born into a multicultural family, Daniel grew up in Crans-Montana, in the heart of the Swiss Alps. Having always been exposed to the demanding, international clientele who visit the resort, he has developed a great capacity for listening, as well as a keen sense of hospitality that has enabled him to create strong, lasting links with visitors of all nationalities. Self-taught and passionate, his in-depth knowledge of the Valais region and his solid network have gradually led him to move into the property sector, specialising in the brokerage of exceptional properties. After several years’ rewarding experience with a prestigious property broker in Crans-Montana, Daniel joined FGP Swiss & Alps in 2022 with the ambition of accelerating the development of his business in Crans-Montana and throughout the canton of Valais.

Laurence is an accomplished and trusted broker with years of experience in Terre-Sainte and the Côte Vaudoise. Before moving into prestige real estate, Laurence a developed solid expertise in human resources and recruitment within several multinationals in Geneva, enabling her to understand and meet the specific needs of her expatriate clients. She then turned to relocation services and the sale of exceptional properties, offering her clients a highly professional and personalised service working for various real estate agencies in Geneva and the canton of Vaud.

After an academic career focused on the social sciences, psychology and then journalism, Isabelle began her career as a journalist specialising in watchmaking, cars and gastronomy. She gravitated towards a world where prestige and expertise, as well as the rigour and demands of clients, reigned supreme. The world of real estate was an obvious choice for Isabelle, and it was here that she developed her skills, including building genuine and honest relationships with clients, based on mutual respect, listening and trust. With her passion for real estate, she gained a wealth of professional experience and solid knowledge before joining FGP Swiss & Alps in December 2024 at the Nyon agency, working in La Côte, Terre-Sainte and Geneva.

As Head of Sales at the Grimentz branch, Anna has had the privilege of selling exclusive Alpine properties since December 2020, including the two luxury resorts Guernerés exclusive lodge and Hameau des bains. Anna’s day-to-day job is to offer people the chance to ‘live a dream’: to enjoy a haven of peace in the mountains, far from the stress of city life. It’s a dream she and her family have been living for several years, having moved to Grimentz in 2005 from her native England. Her experience as a television journalist in the UK has helped her to communicate and connect with people from all walks of life, with whom she shares the unique lifestyle of life in the Swiss Alps.

With almost 20 years’ experience in the banking sector, followed by a spell in property finance, Sophie then turned to real estate brokerage, specialising in the Geneva region. With her strong empathy and ability to listen, Sophie builds lasting relationships with her clients, based on trust and transparency. What’s more, she is committed to providing a high-quality service in all circumstances. Following a degree in law and management, Nicolas has acquired solid expertise in the real estate sector, holding positions as head of property development and as a real estate agent in a variety of sectors. He masters the challenges of the French and Geneva markets, as well as those of prestige real estate. With a keen eye for excellence and attention to detail and backed by experience in a prestigious luxury house, Kyla later transitioned into real estate, where she worked in sales and rental support. This experience allowed her to enhance her interpersonal skills and deepen her knowledge of the industry. In 2024, she joined FGP Swiss & Alps as Sales and Executive Assistant. Thanks to her diverse background and expertise in working with demanding clients, she now provides structured support to the Management team and the sales teams in Geneva.

Delphine has worked for the Comptoir Immobilier Group for a number of years and is now involved in its FGP Swiss & Alps subsidiary as Head of Prestige Rentals. Specialising in the rental management of top-of-the-range properties, she stands out for her expertise and commitment to offering a personalised service that meets the expectations of a demanding clientele. With over 30 years’ experience in Swiss real estate, Diane is renowned for her ability to understand the specific needs of each of her clients. She has an innate sense of service and an ability to find tailor-made solutions, even in the most complex situations. Graduating with a degree in Business Administration, Gaëtan has gained international experience living in Paris, San Francisco, and Geneva. Passionate about real estate, technology, and marketing, he combines strategic vision and innovation to develop new projects. Responsible of prospecting and of the community management at FGP Swiss & Alps, Gaëtan focuses on creating cutting-edge strategies aimed at strengthening brand image and driving customer engagement. His creativity and entrepreneurial mindset also motivate him to explore new avenues, notably with a personal project on social networks that he is carrying out at the same time.

With a Master’s degree in communications from the Paris School of Business, Audrey enriched her career by working for renowned agencies such as Publicis and TBWA, before developing the communications department of a food products group in Singapore. For the last 11 years, she has held the position of Marketing and Communications Director with the Comptoir Immobilier Group. Thanks to her multicultural profile and expertise, Audrey is raising the profile of the brand and its teams, with an approach focused on human relations and innovation.

With 14 years’ experience in marketing and communications, including 9 in the luxury sector, Yasmine is passionate about shining a light on brands and creating impactful experiences. Trained in communications, with certified skills in graphic design and digital strategy, she excels in project management, content production and 360° campaigns. Her expertise and creativity enable her to devise innovative strategies that reinforce the brand identity of FGP Swiss & Alps while promoting its values of elegance and excellence.

Juliette holds a Master’s degree in Marketing and International Trade, and began her career in fashion before moving into real estate. With over 10 years’ experience, she is now in charge of sponsorship and events at FGP Swiss & Alps. A creative visionary, Juliette creates unique experiences that enhance brand visibility and strengthen relationships with partners and customers. For her, every project is an opportunity to push the boundaries and add unique value.

A lawyer by degree, Maximilien began his career as a journalist for media specialising in real estate. He joined FGP Swiss & Alps in 2022 as Public Relations Manager, bringing with him a wealth of media experience and an extensive network in the real estate and communications sectors. With his cheerful personality and aesthetic sense, Maximilien contributes to strengthening the image and unique aura of FGP Swiss & Alps.

With a degree in marketing and communications, specialising in digital, Juliette gained significant experience in a high-end property group before joining FGP Swiss & Alps. Passionate about new trends and digital, she coordinates digital projects. Her aim is to optimise FGP Swiss & Alps’ online presence and ensure a fluid and engaging user experience.

Mathilde holds a Master’s degree in Management and Digital Strategy, and began her career in marketing for a well-known property group in the French Alps. In 2023, she joined FGP Swiss & Alps as Marketing and Communications Assistant. Mathilde plays a key role in coordinating the sales and marketing teams, ensuring that they work together smoothly. Her rigour and creativity make her a valuable asset to FGP Swiss & Alps.

Dorothée holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Literature. She began her career in the watchmaking industry before becoming an Executive Assistant in various sectors. In 2017, she joined the Comptoir Immobilier Group as Assistant to Quentin Epiney, Managing Director of FGP Swiss & Alps. Known for her professionalism and calm demeanour, Dorothée is a supportive pillar in her role.

With a degree in executive assistant, Mylène began her career in the construction and property sectors. She joined the Comptoir Immobilier Group in 2011 as an administrative assistant in the CI Conseils department, before moving to the sales department as a sales assistant. Since 2025, she has been Executive Assistant to Quentin Epiney, Managing Director of FGP Swiss & Alps. Appreciated for her ability to adapt and her ability to listen, Mylène stands out for her availability and her constant commitment to meeting the needs of her colleagues and customers alike.
