A strategic meeting in the heart of the Alps for Europe’s leaders in prestige real estate.

FGP Swiss & Alps, the prestige subsidiary of the Comptoir Immobilier Group, had the honour of organising the EREN (European Real Estate Network) 2025 summit in Switzerland, in the exceptional setting of the Château de Bonmont, bringing together the heads of the network’s member agencies.

The event brought together the 9 active members of the EREN network, representing some of the most emblematic destinations in the European luxury property market: Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Austria, Greece…

This annual summit was a key moment for strategic exchanges, sharing best practice and reflecting on the major trends in the sector. It was also an opportunity for our guests to visit some of the exceptional properties in the FGP Swiss & Alps collection. “Welcoming our EREN partners to Switzerland is a mark of confidence and an opportunity to highlight the quality and diversity of our property market,” says Quentin Epiney, founder and managing director of FGP Swiss & Alps, before adding: “It is also a concrete way of maintaining our network spirit: independent but united by the same vision of excellence.”

Founded in 2004 by former Sotheby’s Europe executives, EREN is now a group of leading agencies with over 300 employees, 26 offices and thousands of prestigious properties.

This 2025 edition is also part of a symbolic year for the Comptoir Immobilier Group, which is celebrating two centuries of history in the service of the development and enhancement of property assets. It’s an anniversary that testifies to our enduring expertise and strong local roots, in the service of excellence and trust.

FGP Swiss & Alps, founding member and exclusive representative of Forbes Global Properties for Switzerland and the French Alps and exclusive member of EREN for French-speaking Switzerland and the Alps, embodies the link between local expertise and international influence.
