This 8.5-room Terrace house is perched on an elevated, sunny location with an unobstructed 180° panoramic view of Lake Zurich and the Alps. The architectural consortium Beat Ernst and Klaus Hornberger designed and built this terraced house.

The classic-modern architecture leaves nothing to be desired. The clear layout over three levels gives the villa a well-ordered structure. The selected materials create a noble and luxurious ambience; such as the kitchen by Johnny Grey or Onsernone natural stone in the kitchen and wet rooms. A notable highlight is the very attractively designed garden with infinity pool – it fits in perfectly with the architecture and harmoniously rounds off the overall picture. In the cooler season, you can retreat to the living area, where the dreamlike panoramic view over the lake will take your breath away.

With its own entrance and direct access to the garden, the seperate 2.5 room area in the basement can be used for various purposes.
